All bookings for "A Year of Adventures" are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective adventure providers.

Customers are required to provide accurate information at the time of booking, including contact details and any special requirements.

Adventure bookings are transferable but cannot be resold.

Adventure Providers:

"A Year of Adventures" includes experiences provided by various adventure providers, each with their own terms and conditions.

Customers are bound by the terms and conditions of each adventure provider when participating in the respective activities.

Adventure providers reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case alternative arrangements will be offered where possible.

Payment:

Full payment for "A Year of Adventures" is required at the time of booking.

Prices are quoted in the respective currency of the adventure providers and are subject to change without notice.

Payments are non-refundable, except as outlined in the cancellation policy of each adventure provider.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation policies vary for each adventure provider and are specified at the time of booking.

Customers must adhere to the cancellation policy of each adventure provider to qualify for any potential refunds or rescheduling options.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms of the individual adventure provider and may be subject to administrative fees.

If a cancellation is necessary by the customer due to unforeseen circumstances, customers may be entitled to a partial refund based on the remaining unused portion of the adventure package, subject to the terms of the individual adventure providers.

Liability:

Participation in adventure activities involves inherent risks, and customers acknowledge and accept these risks when booking "A Year of Adventures."

Adventure providers may require customers to sign liability waivers and adhere to safety instructions before participating in activities.

"A Year of Adventures" and its affiliated adventure providers are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense incurred during the course of adventure activities.

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet the necessary health, fitness, and age requirements for each adventure activity.

It is the customer's responsibility to arrive on time for scheduled adventure bookings and adhere to any dress codes or equipment requirements specified by the adventure providers.

Any disputes or complaints regarding adventure experiences should be directed to the respective adventure provider for resolution.

Modification and Termination:

"A Year of Adventures" reserves the right to modify or terminate the program, or any part thereof, at its discretion without prior notice.

In the event of program termination, customers may be entitled to a partial refund based on the remaining unused portion of the adventure package, subject to the terms of the individual adventure providers.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the adventure activities take place.

Any disputes arising from or related to "A Year of Adventures" shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

By booking "A Year of Adventures," customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in their entirety.
